DELIVERY DATE: Products in stock are generally shipped within five working days, this time may vary depending on the delivery address.

Products made to order will be shipped according to their manufacturing time, which varies depending on the product. This delay is indicated on the detailed product description page.

You can request a preferred delivery date and we will do our best to accommodate your request however please note that no guarantee can be given as many factors can influence an international delivery.

PACKAGING: All our artwork and interior are securely packaged in suitable packaging. The packaging may vary depending on the type of artwork you have purchased. Artworks are typically shipped in a sturdy cardboard or a wooden crate, depending on their destination.

SHIPPING COSTS AND CUSTOMS: We deliver worldwide shipping. Shipping costs may vary depending on the type of artwork, its size and weight, or the location of the delivery address. You may be required to pay customs duties and/or import fees for the artwork to be delivered. 

It should be noted that in the case of a return, the customs or import fees you have paid are non-refundable. Customs duties and import fees vary from country to country. 

Delivery cost are either:

- Calculated at check out depending on the product and the delivery address.
- Quoted after order for special orders. All charges will then be proforma and will be included on your order’s final balance.
