RETURNS

RETURNS:
Please initiate your return request by emailing mdezeiner@gmail.com.
All returns or exchanges must be received within 14 days of the original order and accompanied by the original invoice. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs incurred. 

Products that are made to order, custom pieces or original artwork are non-refundable, unless they are damaged or defective. If you are returning a product because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
